Individual Therapy
Individual therapy, also known as one-on-one counseling, is a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with the support of a licensed therapist. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply seeking personal growth, therapy offers a personalized approach tailored to your unique needs.
In these 45–50 minute sessions, we work collaboratively to help you gain insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. The goal is to empower you to better understand yourself, overcome challenges, and live a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Individual therapy is your time — your story, your pace, your goals.
I provide individual therapy for children, teens, and adults.

Family Therapy
Family therapy is designed to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and resolve conflicts within the family system. Whether you're navigating parenting challenges, life transitions, or long-standing patterns of tension, therapy offers a space where each member can feel heard and supported.
Family therapy sessions are typically 45–50 minutes, though longer 90-minute sessions are sometimes recommended based on your family’s unique needs. Together, we work to understand underlying dynamics and build healthier, more compassionate ways of relating.
I provide family therapy for children, teens, and adults, and welcome all types of families — regardless of how you define "family."

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy offers a space for partners to reconnect, improve communication, and navigate challenges together. Whether you’re experiencing conflict, rebuilding trust, or simply wanting to deepen your bond, therapy provides a neutral and supportive setting to work through it — together.
Sessions are typically 45–50 minutes, though some couples may benefit from extended 90-minute sessions, depending on your needs and goals. We focus on helping each partner feel heard and understood, while building tools for healthier communication, emotional connection, and long-term relationship growth.
Couples therapy is available to partners at any stage — dating, engaged, married, or in a long-term relationship — and I welcome couples of all backgrounds.
